Hope you don't want any sleep!

General information: At first glance, this hotel was a nice find and seemed fairly well kept, however, I was less than amused by the night desk man (did not catch his name, short brown hair with a beard and a crooked front tooth) and the quality of the room. We were going to a wedding at 4:30 so we had little time to check the room over, get ready and head out and we did not return until well gone 11 that night. Upon returning we found that the bed was not even close to what we would consider comfortable. My bf has a bad back and even I had a terrible time trying to get comfortable in the bed after 20 minutes. I decided to go down and talk with the front desk who smiled politely and stared. Did not ask if I needed help or anything until I finally asked if he could help with a problem in the room. He said, "maybe." I continued on about the toilet that continuously ran and the bed asking if there was another room with a better quality bed, I was even prepared to pay extra to upgrade. He proceeded to tell me that, "all the beds are basically the same so I'm not gonna change your roOm. The chain probably came off of the flapper thing in the toilet, just lift the tank lid and put it back." And stared again. I couldn't believe it! There was no sympathy or desire to take care of the customer whatsoever. I went back to the room and my bf tried the sofa bed-which had no sheets on whatsoever- and that was slightly better than the actual bed, but it was absolutely COVERED in stains. I called down to the front desk this time where the same man said, "oh it's you again." I ignored the comment and asked if they could spare a set of sheets for the sofa bed as we could not sleep in the rock solid king bed in the room. "Housekeeping is gone for the night. Guess youll have to deal with it until the morning manager comes in". I am at a complete loss of words for how RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL this man was!! Every one else seemed to be fairly nice (based off of the woman setting up breakfast I saw and the woman who checked us in the first place). We finally ended up taking the cushions off of the couch, wrapping them in the comforter and laying on them! While the other one stayed up. Very nice to get only 2-3 hours of sleep before a nearly 6 hour drive home! That morning, we had a quick breakfast (I'll give that to them, the breakfast buffet was nice) and went to check out where the woman was doing her hair at the counter! We gave her our keys and she couldn't even be bothered to ask how our stay was or make any kind of conversation. All together, it was a very poor experience and I do not see myself returning here again. Pros: full kitchen in the room, granite countertops, full size ironing board, desk area, continental breakfast Cons: ROCK solid bed (seriously, if the carpet didn't smell as much, that was more comfy!!!), ottoman that had cracked and peeling pleather, the toilet continuously ran, the bathroom in general felt like it was meant for a bloody hobbit!, no sheets and stained pull out sofa bed, extremely rude night time front desk man. Location and surroundings: 20 minutes away from the strip Service: Check in woman and the woman stocking the continental breakfast were great. The manager was a joke. The night time desk man needs to be fired. Very rude, uncaring piece of garbage. Room: I'm pretty sure the bathroom was meant for a hobbit. Not my 6'3" boyfriend or 5'3" self. No trash bag in the trash can. The toilet would not stop running. The ottoman was cracked and peeling. The carpet felt sticky and had a certain funky smell coming from it. Iron needed to be cleaned.
